I   want   to   get   married   today.   Is   that   possible?   Rev.   Huber   is   happy   to   marry   couples   with   as   little   as   two   hours notice,    if    scheduling    allows.    Check    up-to-date    availability    and    schedule    your    same    day    or    short    notice appointment online or by calling your wedding officiant at 405-259-6304. I   want   to   get   married   next   year,   is   it   too   early   to   schedule   my   wedding   officiant?   Rev.   Huber   is   currently scheduling   services   into   2019.   If   you   are   utilizing   our   wedding   officiant   and   chapel,   contact   your   wedding officiant   as   soon   as   a   date   has   been   set   to   reserve   officiant   services   and   chapel   time.   If   you   are   marrying   at   an alternate   location,   have   secured   your   venue   and   set   the   date   and   time   of   your   ceremony,   it   is   time   to   schedule your preferred officiant. What   do   I   need   to   be   married?   To   be   married   in   Oklahoma,   you   will   need   a   marriage   license   issued   by   a county   court   clerks   office   and   two   witnesses   over   the   age   of   (18)   eighteen.   Witnesses   can   be   supplied   by   the wedding officiant with 24 hour notice, just select "Private Ceremony" when scheduling. What   do   I   need   to   do   to   get   a   marriage   license?    Visit   a   county   court   clerk's   office   with   your   fiance,   take   your identification and $50 with you. How   will   my   marriage   license   be   filed?   Your   wedding   officiant   will   happily   return   your   marriage   license   to your   county   court   clerks   office   using   the   self   addressed   envelope   you   were   provided   when   applying   for   your license   so   that   you   can   celebrate   worry   free.   However,   some   couples   prefer   to   return   the   license   to   the   county court clerks office in person and you are welcome to do so if that better fits your needs. I   am   not   an   Oklahoma   resident.   I   just   moved   to   Oklahoma   or   I   am   a   resident   of   another   state   or   country. Can   I   be   married   in   Oklahoma?   Yes.   Oklahoma   does   not   have   a   residency   requirement   in   order   to   be   married here. I   am   in   the   US   on   a   K1   Fiance   Visa,   I   have   to   be   married   soon.   Can   you   help?    Yes,   our   easy   online   scheduling allows   booking   of   short   notice   ceremonies   and   can   help   ease   your   mind   during   this   time   allowing   you   to   check   a very important item off of your extensive "to do" list. What   are   your   standard   payment   terms?    A   "credit   card   on   file"   is   required   for   online   scheduling   to   reserve your   appoinment   time.   Your   credit   card   WILL   NOT   be   charged   when   your   reservation   is   made.   Payment   will   be required at the time of your ceremony with cash, check or credit card. Is   a   deposit   required?   Deposits   are   not   required   for   elopements   or   intimate   ceremonies.   However   Couples scheduling   formal   ceremonies   at   alternate   locations   or   receptions   to   follow   their   ceremonies   in   our   chapel   will be   required   to   pay   a   non-refundable   deposit   equal   to   half   (50%)   of   the   amount   due   for   the   reception   at   the   time of   scheduling.   Payment   for   the   balance   due   will   be   required   at   the   time   of   your   ceremony   with   cash,   check   or credit card. What are your preferred payment methods? Cash or check, however credit cards are also welcome. What   is   your   cancellation   policy?   Cancellations   should   be   made   a   minimum   of   24   hours   in   advance.   Credit cards   on   file   will   only   be   charged   in   case   of   cancellation   within   last   24   hours   prior   to   your   ceremony   or   if   you   are a   no-call   no-show   for   your   appointment.   The   cancellation   fee   is   30%   of   your   total   amount   due.   Please   contact your   wedding   officiant   as   soon   as   possible   in   the   event   you   need   to   reschedule   an   appointment,   rescheduled appointments will not incur the cancellation fee. How   far   are   you   willing   to   travel?   Your   wedding   officiant   will   travel   to   homes   and   venues   throughout   the   OKC metro   area   including   Oklahoma   City,   The   Village,   Nichols   Hills,   Edmond,   Moore,   Norman,   Midwest   City,   Del   City, Bethany, Yukon, Mustang, El Reno and Piedmont. Is   there   a   travel   fee?    Couples   chosing   Rev.   Huber   as   their   wedding   officiant   are   welcome   to   be   married   in   our chapel for no additional fee however, for those who choose an alternate location, a $25 travel fee will apply. How   many   weddings   do   you   officiate   a   year?   Hundreds   of   happy   couples   utilize   Rev.   Huber's   officiant services each year. What kind of premarital counseling is required, if any? None required. Do   you   offer   premarital   counseling?    Yes,   FREE   premarital   counseling   is   offered,   but   not   required   for   couples using Rev. Huber's wedding officiant services. Will   you   marry   couples   of   different   faiths,   agnostics,   athiests   or   previous   divorce?   Yes,   I   am   happy   to marry   all   couples   who   are   legally   able   to   wed   in   the   state   of   Oklahoma.   (Remember,   divorces   must   be   final   for   a minumum of 6 months unless you are remarrying the same spouse.) Will   you   marry   same-sex,   gay   and   lesbian   couples?   Yes,   Rev.   Huber   is   happy   to   marry   all   couples   who   are legally able to wed in the state of Oklahoma. How   long   does   the   ceremony   usually   last?    The   length   of   the   ceremony   generally   is   determined   by   the   couples preferences and requests and can vary from 3 minutes to 30 minutes or more. Do you have a back up officiant on call, in case of an emergency? Yes. Will   you   allow   us   to   write   our   own   vows?    Yes.   Ceremonies   are   flexible   to   allow   for   the   couple   to   write   their own   vows   as   well   as   other   types   of   customization   if   the   couple   prefers.   Just   notify   your   officiant   before   your ceremony begins. Call in advance for additional customization options. Can   we   read   or   hear   your   ceremony   before   our   wedding   day?   Absolutely!   At   your   request   vows   can   be emailed to you in advance for approval. In   which   states   and   communities   are   you   licensed   to   officiate   ceremonies?   Rev.   Huber   has   been   registered in   Oklahoma   County   since   2012   and   can   legally   officiate   marriage   licenses   issued   by   any   county   in   the   state   of Oklahoma.
